Job Description:

The College Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the leadership team and school council. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate processes for planning and managing college events and daily operations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the college, ensuring all classes and programs are adequately staffed.
  • Manage resources efficiently, prioritizing effective use of human capital.
  • Construct and maintain the annual College Timetable (Edval) to meet curriculum delivery and workforce planning requirements.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to identify workforce needs and facilitate the recruitment of high-quality personnel.
  • Lead operational planning for key student transition points, including Year 6-7 and Year 10-11.
  • Develop and implement the Compass Learning Management System and its modules to enhance college systems, operations, and student learning outcomes.
