Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at Yd Incorporated. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, leading by example, and inspiring your team to achieve our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and store presentation standards to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Coach and develop your team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a fashion retailer or customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and feedback.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
