About the Role

Total Tools is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in our Castle Hill store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Coach and develop your team's knowledge, skills, and behaviors to ensure a successful store culture.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, and offer solutions as required.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the health and safety of all team members, customers, and contractors within the store.
  • Sales Performance: Develop a high-performance team, capable of delivering sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Experience: Sound experience in retail sales, team development, and leadership.
  • Customer Focus: A strong customer service focus and ability to provide solutions to customers.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage multiple priorities, within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: An eye for detail, with a desire to drive strong financial results.
  • Initiative: A self-motivated, self-starter, with the ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Technology: Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must.
  • Availability: Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work.
