About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team driven to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a high-performing team driven to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Lead and engage the team daily
- Coach and inspire through training
- Create a customer-centric environment
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and inspire best practice

- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable
