Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Expert to lead the business and technical aspects of strategic selling. The ideal candidate will partner with a strong team of peers to differentiate our solutions, create lasting customer relationships, and establish trusted advisor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of operational technology (OT) security and become an advisor to major organizations.
  • Meet with clients to understand their security challenges and business drivers.
  • Map our unique value proposition and differentiators to their needs.
  • Deliver custom portfolio demonstrations based on discovery questions and real insights.
  • Collaborate with peers across the organization to build high-performing teams.
  • Influence product directions and contribute to growth in the cybersecurity industry.
Requirements:
  • Cybersecurity sales experience selling to electric utility companies.
  • Ability to craft customized demos versus delivering canned ones.
  • Skill and confidence in leading technical discussions to executive-level conversations.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with network security technologies.
  • Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP and network security concepts.
  • Enterprise-class operating system expertise at the security administration level.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST, IEC).
  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, plus 5+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CEH).
