About the Role

  2. Manage a book of commercial lines accounts and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.">
  3. Conduct thorough coverage reviews with clients and identify gaps in coverages.">
  4. Assist clients with claims reporting and provide support throughout the claims process.">
  5. Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to best serve clients.">
  6. Participate in continuing education and professional development to enhance industry knowledge and skills.">
  7. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional insurance products to existing clients.">
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier underwriters and representatives.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager within an insurance agency.">
  • An active Australian Property & Casualty Broker's License.">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various commercial insurance coverages.">
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.">
  • Proficiency in Epic agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.">
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.">
