Senior Capital Works Professional

We are seeking to establish a pool of suitable candidates for the role of Project Manager Capital Works. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and participating in capital works projects associated with the Parks and Visitor Services Division, including implementation of election commitments and other government priority projects across the State.
The successful candidate will prepare and coordinate project documentation, administration, and management of contracts, construction management, and delivery to close out of projects. They will also liaise with designers, architects, engineers, and other technical professions to facilitate projects.
Key responsibilities include delivering projects on time and within budget, preparing project documentation, contract management, recreation planning, and site design. The candidate should demonstrate strong consultation and communication skills.
