Recruitment Specialist across Investment, Funds Management, Capital Markets and Direct Property We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, founder-led fund manager with backing from a global private equity group. The platform is active across multiple sectors, with a strong pipeline of opportunities and a mandate for growth.
As a Capital Transactions Analyst, you'll work closely with the CIO and Head of Transactions on acquisitions, divestments, capital structuring, and deal execution. This is a rare chance to sit at the centre of the investment engine — sourcing, underwriting, and closing deals with a lean, high-quality team.
Ideal background:
3–7 years' experience in capital transactions, real estate advisory, investment banking, or REITs.
Deep exposure to Australian real estate and an understanding of investment underwriting.
Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to step up, take ownership, and contribute meaningfully in a smaller, high-trust environment.
You'll have regular access to the board and executive team and get far broader exposure than is typically possible in larger, more established fund managers. Perfect for someone looking to accelerate their career in transactions within a high-growth platform.
