About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Operations Manager to join our Trust and Safety team at TikTok. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of safety product features and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and mitigate risks through in-app product solutions and back-end processes
  • Develop and implement a safety product roadmap, setting metrics to inform success and drive cross-functional efforts
  • Develop expertise in one of Bytedance's emerging products' domains, working as the owner of a specific product or horizontal scenario
  • Develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration and manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in product operation/model operation in internet companies with intermediate to advanced level of data analysis and project management skills
  • Experience in AIGC/chatGPT/data labeling and interest in the artificial intelligence industry
  • Experience and expertise in content moderation and quality, safety & abuse, and other safety-related initiatives
  • Experience in project management with cross-function teams, across different time zones, cultures, and languages
