Building Automation Systems Specialist

This role will involve working with complex building automation systems and associated equipment, providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing day-to-day operations support for breakdowns and contract servicing
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, implementing effective solutions
- Quoting and managing small projects
- Performing system diagnostics on BMS controls and HVAC systems
- Timely fault analysis and rectification of technical issues
- Service and maintaining installed equipment on existing sites
- Experience in building controls post apprenticeship
- Skills in IT, network communication and PC hardware configuration
- Commercial HVAC operational experience
- Excellent communications skills and customer service
- Passion to drive front-line safety identification and resolution
- An electrical license or restricted electrical license would be preferred
- Full driver's license
