About the Role
Our organization is seeking an Engineering Graduate to join our dynamic team and contribute to the standardization, optimization, and improvement of operational processes. This role offers excellent development opportunities, challenges, knowledge, and highly desirable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work within our Engineering Solutions team, collaborating with Project Engineers, Supervisors, and Field Crew to drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Continuously improving process efficiency and effectiveness
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives
  3. Developing and maintaining technical skills and knowledge
  4. Providing input to business strategy and planning

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A recent completion of an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Process) or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Project, and Access
  • The ability to work in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks and projects
  • A determined mindset and a results-oriented approach to work
