We are seeking a dedicated Career Advancement Specialist to deliver tailored support services to clients, guiding them in discovering the right career path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one career advice and administer career assessments.
- Lead engaging presentations and workshops to various clients.
- Perform business development to secure sources for career consults.
- Work with internal stakeholders to maximize client opportunities.
- Attend career expos and perform administration tasks as per contractual requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate Certificate in Career Development or working towards it.
- Working knowledge in career development and advice.
- Ability to build stakeholder networks through proactive business development.
- Experience in public speaking and/or delivering presentations.
- Forward-thinking individual with excellent influencing skills and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a genuine desire to provide career advice.
- Full driver's license and ability to travel when required.
