Facilities Coordinator for Environmental Sustainability and Technical Support

**Job Overview**

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the company's facilities across Australia. This involves ensuring effective management of environmental and sustainability initiatives, repairs and maintenance, and coordinating technical support site visits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with sales and technical services managers to provide timely and best available technical support experience for customers throughout ANZ.
  • Coordinate and prioritize technical support site visits in Sydney metropolitan, Queensland regional, and as directed by the ANZ Technical Services Manager.
  • Facilitate continuing support and mentoring of TFPP products, with a high level of professionalism in daily dealings with internal and external customers.
  • Develop technical expertise of JCI Fire Detection products and promote agreed training and mentoring programs.
  • Meet customer expectations and requirements, act with customers in mind, and establish effective relationships to gain their trust and respect.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Diploma in Electronics or 6 years' experience in Fire industry programming Detection Systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of JCI Detection Products.
  • Ability to train customers and assist them both onsite and offsite.
