Job Title: Radiology Support Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to support our team of radiologists. We are seeking a medical administrator to join our radiologist support team on a permanent full-time basis.

About The Opportunity
  • We provide high-quality customer service and strive towards excellence in everything we do.
  • We provide support to our practices with appointment bookings, patient support, and other administrative duties.
  • We provide ad-hoc support to radiologists, including proof reading, reviewing, auditing, and editing typed reports.
  • We work with a broad range of stakeholders, including connecting radiologists with referring doctors.
About You
  • Alongside your experience in medical administration and excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, you will also have:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative where required.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work flexible hours.
  • A proactive approach and good work ethic.
  • Experience using medical software, particularly radiology information systems - desirable.
  • Previous experience using Comrad or PACS - desirable.
