Radiology Specialist Opportunities

The Department of Medical Imaging is seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologist to join their team as a Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) for a 12-month trial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting on examinations from 0800 to 2400 hours each day, with remuneration commensurate with the number of examinations reported and their complexity. Reporting shifts may occur off-site.
Responsibilities also include participating in Training, Engagement, and Governance (TEG) functions, including training and supervision of registrars, participation in multidisciplinary teams, consultation with clinical teams, and quality improvement initiatives. Experience in multiple radiology subspecialties is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic radiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
