Radiologist Workflow Coordinator

The Radiologist Workflow Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient coordination of radiologist workflows across key NSW hospital contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and optimize daily radiologist workflows to meet reporting KPIs for NSW hospital contracts.
  • Build relationships with radiologists, hospital staff, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot RIS/PACS and workflow issues, escalating to vendors or internal IT teams when required.
  • Proactively manage workload distribution, monitor unreported lists, and support backlog solution.
  • Analyse workflow and contract performance data to support planning and reporting and assist with implementation and support of workflow tools and systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a radiology clinic (minimum 2 years in a clinical, clerical, or administration role) and a strong understanding of radiology workflows and IT systems (RIS/PACS).
