Job Overview:

The role of a Food Product Developer involves creating and launching dry food products for the commercial kitchen sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ingredient costs and functionality to optimize margins.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in NPD in dry food formulation.
  • Strong technical knowledge in seasonings, coatings, gravies, sauces, and functional ingredients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
