We are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to lead the change in energy automation.
This role is focused on driving growth through identifying, shaping, and securing new opportunities in energy automation, power distribution, and digital solutions — with a focus on Electrical SCADA systems, software integration, and the renewables sector.
About This RoleThis is not a maintenance role. It's a growth engine that requires a strong leader to drive business forward.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the market, build relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in energy automation, power distribution, and digital solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the market
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
