The Disability Support Worker plays a vital part in enabling people to achieve their goals and pursue their passions. By providing daily support, assistance with community access, and encouraging independence, you will be making a tangible difference in the lives of others.
This position involves working closely with clients who have complex needs, physical and mental health disabilities, across the Sunshine Coast. It requires strong communication skills, a calm and compassionate approach, and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disability or ASD
- Strong communication skills and a calm demeanor
- Availability for at least 8 hours, or more, per week
- Full work rights in Australia
- Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Cert III in Individual Support (highly desirable)

Key Qualifications:
- Intellectual Disability or ASD experience preferred

- Current First Aid Certification (an advantage)
