Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Carers to join our care home team. As a Carer, you will provide person-centred care to residents while building and maintaining cordial relationships with our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care to residents in accordance with health and safety guidelines and policies
  • Dining services: Food Preparation, Serve meals in accordance with dietary requirements, Assist with regular cleaning of the kitchen, Provide Support and assistance to residents while dining

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required
  • Ongoing training & personal development essential
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check necessary
