This role is closely aligned to key business owners and works in both a reactive and proactive manner in providing analytic support to the business. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for our patients, residents, clients, and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their information needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Provide analytic support to the business, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics
- Business and data analytical skills
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Ability to distill valuable insights from large and disparate datasets
- Knowledge of and competence in Microsoft PowerBI development
- Proficiency in SQL and other database query languages
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control
- Understanding of Public Health and Aged Care operations
