Business Analyst/Controller

Swatch Group is a leading multinational holding company with a diverse portfolio of brands, including OMEGA, Longines, Tissot, and Swatch. The company is a key player in the watchmaking industry, supplying components to third-party watchmakers and electronic systems to various industries.
The RoleThe Business Analyst/Controller will work closely with the Finance team to provide financial reporting, analysis, and support to the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining SAP master data, assisting with retail stocktakes and audits, and providing financial modeling and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Review and analyze sales, sales reductions, margin protection, cost controlling, and asset protection.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Collect and collate data to support forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Advisory and Controlling: Draw conclusions from analysis and discuss with relevant managers, and provide credit management support.
- Policies and Procedures: Assist in the documentation and updating of policies and procedures.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
- Administration of Retail Stock Takes and POS Audits: Assist with preparation and execution of retail stock takes and POS audits, and prepare and execute SAP adjustments.
- Maintain SAP Customer/Vendor Master Data: Create, modify, and close customer and vendor records, and maintain cash discount, settlement discount, and trade margin conditions in SAP.
- Formal Qualifications: A degree in accounting or a related field.
- Experience: Management accounting experience, including experience in a multi-brand/multi-business unit environment.
- Skills: Advanced SAP knowledge, advanced MS Excel skills, process mapping, system accounting, financial analysis, inventory and credit management control.
