Senior Business Analyst - Channel Strategy

We're REA Group, a leading global digital business specialising in property. Our Customer Marketing and Commercial Effectiveness team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Channel Strategy pillar.

This role will help provide strategic direction for both long- and short-term channel strategies, ensuring our traditional sales functions and other channels are set up for success and our growth aspirations are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping to iterate and improve on customer segmentation models to drive desired business outcomes
  • Defining the overarching group omni-channel sales long-term strategy to deliver our next wave of sales growth
  • Proactively identifying areas of growth, challenging market strategies, and structuring where necessary to facilitate that growth
  • Being the conduit between stakeholders on how data can play a critical role in product feature adoption and overall engagement with REA
  • Helping provide insights to cross-functional teams executing on multi-year projects to ensure success
  • Partnering with key Sales people to understand their markets, teams, and building strong rapport and understanding of their needs
  • Driving a strong connection between our business strategy and our omni-channel sales strategy, near term and long term
  • Being the eyes around corners, driving recommendations based on environmental, business, or customer insight and factors
  • Championing a mindset of continuous process improvement
  • Building out a best-in-class Channel Strategy team with strong relationships and trust internally and externally

We're looking for someone with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, analysis, and business planning. You'll be comfortable operating in grey areas and have exceptional communication skills, with experience partnering closely with senior leaders within Sales environments.
