Role Summary:

The Thread Together program is an initiative that provides good quality, new clothing to people within Western Australia who are experiencing financial difficulty.

This role will support the day-to-day delivery of the Thread Together Clothing Hub (based in Maylands) and operate the mobile wardrobe van at community events, reaching people in need across various locations.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Thread Together Coordinator to ensure the successful delivery of this program.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced individual who has demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality customer service and building rapport with customers.

  • Demonstrated experience in stock control and creative merchandising
  • Intermediate skills in using computers and Microsoft software packages
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good time management and administration skills
  • Reasonably fit, to safely undertake manual handling tasks
  • Clear driver's license to operate the Thread Together van
Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day delivery of the Thread Together Clothing Hub

Operate the mobile wardrobe van at community events

Work closely with the Thread Together Coordinator to ensure the successful delivery of the program
