Purpose: Implement and manage a successful Return to Work program, ensuring the safe and sustained return of employees to their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop early intervention strategies for injured workers
  • Coordinate activities to support worker recovery at work
  • Collaborate with employers to identify suitable duties and create a graded return-to-work plan
  • Maintain and review recovery plans
  • Liaise with treating parties and other stakeholders
  • Implement overall RTW Program
  • Attend case conferences to drive claim strategy
Requirements:

This role requires an Allied Health background, including a completed tertiary qualification in Allied Health studies. Relevant experience in work rehabilitation or return-to-work is essential, along with certification as a Return to Work Coordinator.
