We are looking for an experienced Safety & RTW Advisor to join our team based on-site at our Manufacturing Plant at Botany. Your role will be to execute and develop best practice Injury Management and return to work planning as well as supporting the execution of safety programs. This role will support, Supply Chain, Commercial & our Field based employees across ANZ.

Key responsibilities include:_**
- Manages return to work and injury management processes and activities for ANZ (including non
- work related cases)
- Works directly with 3rd party workers compensation providers, communicating with case managers, claims managers, approved rehabilitation providers and key stakeholders. This includes premium advice and assisting in the renewal of all workers compensation policies.
- Supports the Health and Safety Manager to execute and deliver health and safety programs including both local and global EHS requirements and audits.
- Completes health and safety related reporting including; period injury rate reports, serious incident events, Leader Lead Observations, hazards closure rates and government regulatory information and/or response (as needed).
- Monitors & communicates any changes or new requirements associated with return to work and health & safety legislation and compliance to the business.
- Supports all safety committee meetings including reporting and close out of actions/hazards raised
- Supports the Technical and Maintenance Managers to oversee safety risk assessments for all capital projects and major maintenance in the Botany Plant
- Supports the Health and Safety Manager with all health and safety incidents, health and safety training, RCA and execution of corrective and preventative measures across ANZ to ensure effective management
- Conducts health and safety audits to ensure a high standard of workmanship, both in documentation and job execution.

Skills, experience & attributes sought:_**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Health & Safety or similar discipline
- RTW certification
- Previous experience in a similar role in generalist H&S and workers compensation and injury management experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in a Manufacturing environment and promoting positive H&S culture and behaviours.
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation and build strong working relationships across the business
