Job Title:

We are seeking a Cloud Transformation Specialist to drive customer success in their cloud journey.

This role requires strong technical, business, and program management expertise with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving cloud transformation by collaborating with customers, sales, solutions architecture, and service teams.
  • Identifying and accelerating customer value realization throughout the cloud lifecycle.
  • Enabling customers to achieve organizational cloud readiness, fluency, and skills through training and support.
  • Establishing operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with thought leadership, business case development, and customer benefits.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with broad functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
  • Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.
