Job Title: Sales and Service Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Sales and Service Specialist to contribute to our sales team. This role will involve working closely with the Store Management team to drive store-wide objectives, promoting a culture of excellence in customer service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the achievement of sales targets by providing ongoing training and coaching to the Communication Team, fostering their skills and confidence.
  • Maintaining merchandising standards across all Communications Department areas, ensuring visual displays align with our brand image.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative standards and company policies, prioritizing safety protocols and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in retail, with knowledge of telecommunications and customer service principles.
  • A proven track record in cash handling and EFTPOS operations, with electronic POS systems experience preferred.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of our consolidated sales team, managing pressure situations effectively.
