Customer Service Specialist

This part-time role in Joondalup offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, support sales efforts, and provide basic technical assistance as part of a larger Customer Support function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers daily, both before and after sales, via various channels. They will be responsible for handling customer orders, maintaining client records, and tracking deadlines in web-based tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer orders for medical supplies and equipment, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams to meet sales and service goals, and providing metrics to management as required.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day-to-day situations.
