We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy professional to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a business coach specializing in the behavioral health space, we are committed to providing comprehensive support to our clients, including IT assistance for software selection, management, and basic business intelligence (BI) generation.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, eager to stay on the cutting edge of AI advancements, and interested in learning and growing within a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work independently, making a real impact on our clients' businesses while collaborating with our experienced team.

Responsibilities:

  • Software Selection and Management: Guide clients in choosing and implementing software solutions that align with their specific needs and budget, with a focus on CRMs and other essential tools for behavioral health practices.
  • Basic BI Generation: Assist clients in generating simple reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and gain insights into their business operations.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing IT support to clients, troubleshooting software issues, answering questions, and ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Continuously research and learn about new technologies and trends, particularly in AI, to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic software applications, including CRMs and other productivity tools. Familiarity with BI concepts and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Resourcefulness: A proactive and resourceful approach to tackling unfamiliar problems, utilizing available resources and learning on the fly.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical clients.
  • Curiosity and Adaptability: A passion for technology, a willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly.
  • Experience in Behavioral Health: Familiarity with the behavioral health industry is a plus but not required.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position, with flexible hours ideal for someone looking for a fulfilling role with work-life balance.
