Home Care Role

Helping seniors remain in their own homes is a deeply rewarding experience that requires collaboration to achieve well.
Therefore, we provide support from experienced Care Coordinators, who have the time and focus to address your queries and offer guidance and support when needed.
Developing close relationships with clients is truly amazing, as you gain insight into their personalities and life stories. We will provide you with comprehensive information about them and their needs, enabling you to build rapport quickly and establish deeper connections.
You also have a personal life and responsibilities outside of work, and we are committed to working with you to agree on shifts that suit you, while remaining flexible and open-minded for any future developments.
We are a not-for-profit organisation that prioritises treating our clients and team members with passion, care, and respect, creating a family-like environment where everyone feels valued.
Our goal is for you to become an integral part of our Whiddon family at Tweed Heads, working on a casual basis, visiting clients in Ballina and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Transportation, Meal Preparation, Personal Care, and Medication services to clients in their own homes.">

Requirements:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or related field">
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification">
  • A valid driver's license and insured vehicle">
