Home Care Companion

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide home care support to our elderly clients.
Key Responsibilities:
To deliver high-quality domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently in a client's home environment.
Requirements:
- Must reside in or near Ballina NSW and surrounding suburbs.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with own car (International licences not accepted).
- Have 3+ months industry experience in Aged Care setting.
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday (1 weekend per month required).
- Ability to provide personal care services, including showering, toileting, and medication assistance.
What We Offer:
- Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
- Hourly Rate: $31.74 - $33.00 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
