Personal care is a vital aspect of our role, where you will support clients with their daily living needs. These tasks include assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as medication administration. Our team also provides community access to help clients engage with their local communities and maintain social connections.

About the Role:

  • This is an opportunity to work in the Ballina area, supporting a variety of clients in their homes.
  • You will be required to have flexibility in your schedule to accommodate multiple shifts and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Administer medication
  • Provide community access for clients

Requirements:

  • National Police Clearance Certificate
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory for roles involving disability support)
  • AHPRA Registration (for Enrolled Nurses)
  • Diploma of Nursing (for Enrolled Nurses), or Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (for Assistant in Nursing)
