Job Title: Marketing Specialist

This is a pivotal role where you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

  • You will be responsible for creating and implementing market analysis, public relations, branding, and positioning initiatives to enhance our reputation.
  • Achieve results by effectively utilizing social media platforms to engage with stakeholders, promote products/services, and build brand awareness.
  • Prepare and present reports detailing performance metrics, trends, and the impact of marketing strategies on customer behavior and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate industry goals and objectives, and work together to achieve them.
  • Support in developing external and internal communications, including thought leadership materials and industry statistics.
  • Develop relationships within the territory to further business relationships and initiate lead generation.

This position requires strong organizational skills, regular attendance, and a professional image. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher qualification, along with relevant work experience.

The successful candidate will be accountable for managing all marketing activities related to our office, including proposals, events, PR, and other initiatives. They will also provide support for business development outreach efforts and manage calendar events.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time, set priorities, plan, and organize work.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual English and native Hindi speaker (desired).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accuracy and efficiency in duties performed.

The remuneration package includes an estimated annual salary range of $85000-$100000, with a mandatory superannuation contribution of 11% calculated on top of the base rate.
