Full-Time Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Full-time Coordinator at our Outside School Hours Care service.
In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service and the management of a team of Educators.
You will receive support from a dedicated management team, consisting of Senior Coordinators, Area Coordinators, Regional Managers, and OSHC Managers.
- Develop and implement quality programs that cater to the needs of children in our care.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the programs, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Coordinate staffing and rostering, ensuring adequate coverage and effective teamwork.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality customer service to families and the school community.
To be successful in this role, you must have completed (or be close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services).
You should have sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare.
Able to deliver excellent customer service and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid First Aid and CPR certifications are required, as well as a current Blue Card.
About Your WorkplaceWe operate at Grovely State Primary School, licensed for 70 children, offering Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care between 6.30am-6pm.
Our program is designed to support children's well-being, development, and learning through various activities and areas, including Imagination Station, Arts & Crafts, Cooking, Music & Movement, Group Learning, Spontaneous Play, Indoor Play, Outdoor Play, Loose Parts Play, and more.
All program ideas come from us - parents/guardians, children, community, educators, and schools, through observations, evaluation, suggestions, and teachable moments.
