Senior Paralegal

AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our client's Commercial Law team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to two top commercial lawyers, assisting with a wide range of commercial transactions and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with commercial transactions, including buying and selling businesses, advising on directors and shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing and distribution, intellectual property, franchising, employment law, and consumer and trade practices law.
- Prepare and file court documents, briefs to barristers, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice to lawyers on commercial and property law matters.
- Interact with clients, solicitors, barristers, and other external stakeholders.
- Manage diaries, make appointments, and perform administrative tasks.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial law, commercial litigation, property law, or wills and estates law.
- Ability to work full-time or minimum 4 days per week.
- Proven ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- High work ethic, deadline-oriented, and proactive.
- Outstanding communication, time prioritization, and customer service skills.
