Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Create, plan, and drive process improvement initiatives in various aspects of program operation, including reporting, dashboards, feedback delivery, absence management, and performance management.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create, generate, and update reports and dashboards as requested by Operations, ensuring timely delivery of value-added input, data, and analysis to support Operations or Clients.
  • Insight Generation: Formulate insights, identify trends, and flag issues on various presentations and reports created.
  • Leadership Support: Consistently support leadership in operation management, being present and the main point of reference during weekly reviews with the Client on data accuracy.
  • Expertise: Articulate clearly data trends and the factors shaping those trends from a reporting perspective.
  • Educational Support: Educate the Leadership team on the use, meaning, and limitations of presentations, reports, data, analysis, or improvement/alteration of the said items.
  • Ad-Hoc Requests: Support Operations with ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel: Very good proficiency in MS Excel.
  • SQL Knowledge: Good knowledge of SQL is essential.
  • Spreadsheets and Reporting: Significant experience with spreadsheets and creating detailed reports.
  • Statistics and Data Analysis: Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc).
  • Reporting and Data Analysis Tools: Good knowledge of and experience with reporting and data analysis tools, databases (SQL, etc.), VBA, and Scripts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Very good written and spoken English, as well as very good communication skills.
