Job Summary:

Payscale Coordinator

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within a busy Human Resources team.

You will oversee the payroll process to ensure timely, accurate and confidential payment processing and reporting for Catholic Schools Broken Bay.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, awards and other industrial instruments
  • Develop and implement system and process improvements to support optimal service delivery standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement contingency plans to minimize risk in areas such as data security
  • Represent the organization's payroll needs on inter-Diocesan working groups
About You / Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing; tax; superannuation; workers' compensation payments; leave management; salary packaging and interpretation of awards and enterprise agreements
  • Experience working with Oracle (PeopleSoft Global Payroll)
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within the HR team
