We seek an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This role involves managing payroll processes and systems across the ANZ region, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing payroll for Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea
• Coordination of remuneration review and share scheme programs
• Month and year-end reconciliations
• System implementation and maintenance for effective decision-making support
• Supporting HR Director with compensation and benefits strategy implementation

Requirements:

• Demonstrated payroll management experience, with a strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation and standards
• Previous experience managing payroll in organisations with blue collar and white collar workforces
• Continuous improvement approach, with a focus on optimising processes
• Strong leadership skills, with experience leading teams of payroll specialists
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• Previous experience administering share schemes
• Relevant degree qualifications in business or related field
