This is a senior risk management professional position that involves identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks. The role includes leading strategic risk initiatives, managing risk assessment tools, working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent adoption of risk management policies and frameworks, and performing regular risk audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies across various business units.
  • Manage and update risk assessment tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting of risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks affecting the organization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers to track and analyze risks.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure risks are captured and managed effectively in project planning and execution.
  • Provide risk management training and education to staff to build risk awareness within the organization.
  • Analyze and evaluate risks to provide recommendations for risk mitigation and control measures.

To be successful in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in business or a related field, and a minimum of 6 years of experience working in risk management in a project or program environment. Experience working in a Defence, marine or construction environment is highly desirable.
