Job Opportunity: Experienced Buyers Agent Required

  • Conduct comprehensive buyer consultations to understand client requirements and preferences.
  • Publish in-depth research reports for clients.
  • Utilise market knowledge to identify suitable properties for clients.
  • Guide clients through the property buying process, from search to closing.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure optimal deals.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate of Registration.
  • Proven experience as a Buyers Agent, with 12 months minimum.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach, prioritising client goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Confident in networking opportunities for business growth.
  • Comfortable with transacting across various Australian locations.
