As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our business stakeholders with strategic financial analysis, modeling, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build complex financial models to analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide expert financial guidance to local management, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, leveraging your analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create data-driven insights, using Business Intelligence tools to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality, timely financial reports and analysis, ensuring seamless communication of results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance or a related field, accompanied by a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CFA.
  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A and Management Reporting, preferably within the Distribution, Supply Chain, and Logistics space.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience working with senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members.
  • SAP and OneStream knowledge is highly desirable, along with experience with BI tools such as QlikSense, Power BI, and/or other relevant systems.
