We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities and common areas are well-maintained and presented in a safe and satisfactory condition.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Maintain and repair all rooms, facilities, and common areas of the property
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A physically fit individual with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or a related trade
  • The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster at various times
