About the Role

We are seeking an administrative professional to provide high-quality support to our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team. As a key member of our team, you will ensure a positive first point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional administrative support including diary management, document preparation, meeting coordination, and data handling.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client information using electronic systems, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support financial and procurement tasks, including invoice processing, resource ordering, and reporting.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by promoting service excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience, including document preparation, accurate proofing, and records management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise across diverse teams and clients.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with a commitment to service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems, with the ability to use administrative tools effectively.
