Risk Manager, Channels Business Operations
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for running the Business Management Office (BMO) team and planning, managing, and reporting on the day-to-day strategy and operations of the Channels business.
This role requires a strong financial analytical background, with experience leading complex change and a proven ability to contextualise financial data into business activities and conclusions.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Channels business.
- Leading the BMO team in providing expert support to senior stakeholders on business planning, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to improve operational performance.
- Providing regular reporting and analysis to the WPB Head of Channels, covering all Channels against all metrics within the Channels Business.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management, business planning, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
