More than a legendary charcoal chicken experience, we're looking for Restaurant Managers who can lead teams and deliver a memorable guest experience.

About the role

A key responsibility of this position is to own the success of your restaurant. You'll be responsible for leading daily operations with energy and excellence, driving team performance, guest satisfaction, and financial targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading daily restaurant operations
  • Driving team performance and guest satisfaction
  • Hiring, training, and coaching staff
  • Managing inventory, cost control, and compliance
  • Owning Food Safety and WHS standards in your restaurant

You will also be responsible for creating a welcoming, fun, and high-performance team culture, as well as championing our brand in everything you do.

About you

We're looking for candidates with proven leadership experience in hospitality or QSR management, strong operational and business skills, and a passion for delivering an authentic guest experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to work calmly under pressure, solve problems quickly, and make informed decisions. They should also have excellent communication and team motivator skills, and be committed to safety, quality, and high standards.
