Family Mental Health Specialist

Deliver specialist care to families experiencing complex mental health issues in a collaborative team environment. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will conduct home-based assessments and interventions, drawing on expertise in psychology, occupational therapy, nursing, or social work.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct home-based mental health and drug/alcohol assessments for families in need.
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans tailored to each family's unique needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external services to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide specialist interventions to families in crisis situations.
- Recognised qualifications in a relevant health discipline (Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy).
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility to be a member of the AASW.
- Extensive clinical experience in mental health, particularly in child and youth mental health services and family interventions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a broad range of psycho-social mental health treatments to families.
