Job Title: Senior Intelligence Lead

The role of Senior Intelligence Lead involves overseeing the development and provision of high-quality intelligence to inform strategic, operational, and tactical planning within an organisation.

This position requires a leader who can effectively manage a team responsible for creating intelligence capabilities and products that support regulatory activities. The ideal candidate will provide expert analysis on complex issues, identify opportunities and solutions, and offer counsel across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and coordination to develop and implement effective communication systems both internally and externally to ensure stakeholders are consulted and informed.
  • Deliver briefings and documentation to clearly communicate findings and influence decision making.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings and forums to provide expert intelligence, analysis, and advice on key regulatory issues.

Requirements:

  • A strong track record of engaging with stakeholders on difficult and sensitive issues.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand and communicate complex analytical findings.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to self-manage multiple priorities while working under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including quality assurance.
  • Flexibility to work independently and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong data and regulatory intelligence literacy, reporting skills, and understanding of modern regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team including data and intelligence specialist staff.
