We are seeking a highly skilled Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join our team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHM). SVHM is a leading teaching, research and tertiary health service.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy management to rehabilitation patients, including assessment, planning and treatment. You will also supervise students, Grade 1 staff, and Allied Health Assistants, and take a leadership role within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical management for all rehabilitation patients
  • Assess, plan and treat rehabilitation patients
  • Communicate with nursing, medical and other Allied Health staff
  • Clinical supervision and teaching of physiotherapy students
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in subacute healthcare settings, particularly rehabilitation
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of continuous quality improvement
  • Experience with student supervision
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
