As a Personal Training Manager, you'll lead our Personal Training offering at one of our premier clubs.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing PT team. This will involve driving revenue and business growth while ensuring members receive top-tier coaching and support to achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing PT team
  • Driving revenue and business growth
  • Oversight of PT recruitment, training, and development
  • Delivery of Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT

This is a part-time role of 10-15 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours as required. If you're passionate about fitness and have a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you.
